Still A Hot Topic: Pluto Has Underground Water

Researchers have found evidence that a huge underground ocean is hidden beneath the frozen surface covering the heart-shaped central sphere of the Pluto planet. According to scientists, the volume of this ocean exceeds all seas on Earth. The discovery was made by analyzing the images and scientific data collected by NASA's New Horizons spacecraft, which passed near Pluto and its natural satellites in July 2015. It looks like nature is more creative than we can imagine. After this discovery, Pluto recorded its name on the ever-growing list of solar bodies in the Solar System - others than Earth - which is believed to be hiding huge oceans under their crust. And some of them could host life.
